Eden Hazard cleared for La Liga return

Real Madrid attacker Eden Hazard is 100% recovered from the two foot injuries he has picked up this season and ready to help the team in the 11 games left on their 2019-2020 Liga schedule.

That’s what Belgium’s physiotherapist Lieven Maesschalck has told the press, adding that the winger will be in good form because he was getting ready for the Euro, which was set to take place this summer.

“I know Eden Hazard very well, he did everything he could to be ready for the Euro and therefore he is now ready, not for the Euro but for the return of La Liga in Spain. I think that’s great. The pandemic has not changed his mentality,” said Maesschalck to De Zondag.

Hazard himself told Real Madrid TV that this month of preparation would be very important for his conditioning after spending the last two months without training.

“After missing two months and also recovering from surgery, I need more physical training and more training with the ball also, but I just want to be ready for our next game,” said Hazard.
